Since its establishment in 1986, KOWA AIR FILTER INDUSTRY has accumulated extensive experience in cleanroom technology. Over the years, we have been committed to the production and design of Fan Filter Units (FFUs) and a "complete range" of HEPA and ULPA filters made from fiberglass and PTFE medias. Furthermore, our research and development team has maintained a long-term collaboration with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), constantly improving the overall efficiency of FFUs. We firmly believe in "quality first" and adhere to the ISO 9001 standards. Our quality assurance team strictly follows the operating standards of ISO 14644. This commitment to quality is deeply embedded in the entire KOWA team.
The Fan Filter Units (FFUs) developed by KOWA AIR FILTER INDUSTRY have undergone third-party testing, confirming that they meet high-efficiency standards. Our high-efficiency filters (HEPA, ULPA filters) have also been tested and certified by third-party laboratories, demonstrating that their filtration efficiency complies with international standards such as the IEST and EN 1822. Some of our high-efficiency filters (HEPA, ULPA filters) have even obtained FM certifications, surpassing general cleanroom fire resistance standards. We are proud to be the only domestic manufacturer to have obtained FM certificates.
